Wynn decided she would jump ship in Billings with me and make the quick crazy road trip to Arizona with my new car, flying back to MT just three days later. It wasn't the most exciting or fun drive we have ever made but we needed to be down here quick so we trudged right along and two days of driving and early mornings and quick potty breaks...we made it to the 112 degree city of Phoenix! Wynn had about 19 hours here (including sleep time) so we tried to make the best of it! We both wanted our first desert meal to be at our favorite restaurant Pita Jungle so we met Wynn's sister-in-law and nieces as well as one of our kids from Anasazi, Leavitt, there for dinner. It was good to reunite and eat such amazing food!!! Wynn wanted to make sure to get a little shopping in so we hit up Forever 21 and Ikea a few times. She helped me do a little decorating in the short time we had which I am grateful for because I definitely lack the knack in that category! We had a lot more to-do items on Wynn's bucket list but unfortunately there just wasn't enough time! Which only means she will "have to" (twist her arm, I am sure ;) ) come back for another visit some time soon. It was fun, it was hectic, it was long...but it was just another adventure in the book of Erika and Wynn!
